Guaranteed reservations and deposits

At the Bradley Park Hotel, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 11:00 pm**). All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.
**24 Hour assistance on-call- Since our Front office closes at 11pm, please call the hotel if you intend to be a late arrival and we will gladly give you your easy check-in information!
 

 Cancellation policy

Cancellations and changes must be recorded 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival dates. If cancellation or changes of a guaranteed reservation are not received by the required timeframe, the hotel will charge for one night's room & tax penalty. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking. December 15, 2012-January 2, 2013 there is a 30 day cancelation policy. All reservations need to be confirmed prior to November 30th, 2012 and will be charged in full December 1, 2012. Any cancelation after December 1, 2012 will be charged for entire stay!

We welcome your well-behaved & housebroken canine at the Bradley Park Hotel, the following apply:
 Maximum of 2 dogs/ 30lbs. per pet (higher lbs. with Manager approval only)
 $75 non-refundable fee and pet waiver letter
Limited number of Pet Friendly rooms available
Stay with pet is only available in our One Bedroom Suite ONLY, with no exception!
